On the weekend of November 2nd and 3rd 2024, the town of Woltersdorf, Germany, will become the European enduro capital for the final round of the 24MX Enduro European Championship. Organized by the Motoclub Woltersdorf and led by president Thomas Hoffmann, this last and long-awaited event will award gold medals to the best riders of the championship, establishing the overall champions of the 2024 European Enduro.
Woltersdorf returns to welcome the conclusion of the championship after the 2022 experience in Rudersdorf, an event that put the riders to the test with technical courses and which promises to be equally exciting this year. The Motoclub Woltersdorf has in fact prepared a 55 km route, characterized by three special tests which prove to be among the most technical and spectacular: the Enduro Test, the Cross Test and the Extreme Test. These routes will challenge endurance and ability of the riders and will guarantee an exciting experience for the public, repeating part of the terrain faced in the 2022 finale.
The beating heart of the event will be the center of Woltersdorf, which will host the start, awards and presentation of the event. On Friday 1 November, at 6.00 pm, the opening ceremony will see the national delegations ready to compete for the title in the Nations, Junior, Senior, Youth/Junior, Women and Club categories for the European Nations Championship. In 2023, the Czech Republic won the title in the Nations and Club categories, Poland in the Senior and Italy in the Youth/Junior and Women categories. Who will win in 2024?
But the focus will not only be on the team competition: the individual European Championship challengers will battle until the last corner for the overall title. Even if world champion Andrea Verona, current leader of the standings with 80 points, will be missing, the podium remains open: Daniel Mundell, with 74 points, Davide Soreca, with 73, and Matej Skuta, with 67, are ready to fight for first place in this last round.
In order not to miss the adrenaline and emotions of the conclusion of the 24MX Enduro European Championship 2024, we look forward to seeing you in Woltersdorf!
